The hotel is situated in a good location, within walking distance to most places, offering nice views and friendly staff. However, there was some confusion regarding additional charges during check-in. Overall, it's a clean and pleasant place with a convenient location.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major attractions in Frankfurt. The rooms were well-maintained and clean, although the shower setup was not to my liking. The service was outstanding, particularly from the attentive doorman and breakfast staff, despite some unprofessional behavior. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas and restaurants. The dining options were satisfactory but could use some improvement. Overall, a good value for the money.

Upon arrival at Fleming's Hotel, I discovered a central location that made getting around a breeze. Despite some issues with the room feeling a bit outdated and too warm, the service was exceptional thanks to the helpful and always available staff. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options, though a bit on the expensive side. Overall, the facilities were fine and the early check-in and late check-out added extra convenience.

The hotel was slightly awkwardly located in the center of the room, but it's very good for walking to the city center, shops, and restaurants. The staff went out of their way by offering me a free cocktail at the bar to make up for the issue they verified. I greatly appreciated it and highly recommend this attention. The rooms were separated and about overheated; perhaps putting a note on my file for next time to get a room with a closed bathroom would be helpful. The dining experience throughout the whole time I ate breakfast was a mix of disappointing with small serving dishes and delicious with a variety of food options. The location is central in Frankfurt and close to the Christmas market, despite being slightly noisy and slightly scary. The facilities were basic but decent, and the price was reasonable for the value provided.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and spacious, immaculately clean with a comfortable bed and complimentary bottles of water. The only downside was the distance to the entrance, which was a bit far from the bedrooms.
