warm room disorganized staff
My room's temperature was uncomfortably warm. the air conditioning barely made a difference. i found the breakfast setup disappointing. The staff seemed disorganized. they were slow to replenish items, and clearing tables took longer than necessary. this resulted in a crowded, somewhat messy dining area!

the breakfast was very nice with good service i thank the hotel for responding to my request to have rooms near the elevator. location is really perfect to me.
we had a room with united door with other room and next door guest was loud. i could hear all her phonecalls and even when she tried to call somebody, but they didn't change our room.

The hotel's location was acceptable.
I found several issues . The air conditioning did not work, so the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. the ice machine on my floor was broken, forcing me to go to another floor each time I wanted ice.

The air conditioning barely worked. It was quite stuffy. i also found the breakfast area chaotic. staff seemed overwhelmed. I had to ask repeatedly for utensils.

an okay stay overall
fresh breakfast shower room tv streaming dated room bright lighting old furniture
the rooms were well-insulated. i found it easy to stream on the tv. the breakfast buffet had a great selection and everything tasted fresh. the shower room was also very nice!
i noticed the room seemed quite dated, i had trouble finding a power socket behind the curtains. the lighting was very bright! the furniture also looked a bit old.
